Confused Girl: Yoga Pant Review & Flow

I was recently put in touch with Giovanna of Confused Girl through a  mutual friend and she was kind enough to send me a pair of pants to try out. As a little bit of backstory, Confused Girl started as a blog about 4 years ago when Giovanna found herself, well confused and wanting an outlet to share here feelings (um hello I can totally relate!!). After an encounter with a spiritual healer that gave her some lovely crystals, she was inspired to start a line of women's activewear. Fast forward 4 years and here we are, wearing her adorable pants!!

These pants are really fun, and not something I would normally buy myself. When I buy my own clothes I usually go kind of plain and boring so it's really fun when someone encourages me out of my comfort zone because let's be honest these are the kinda pants you get compliments on at the studio, and who doesn't like that???

I know I've been saying this for months because it has literally been going on for months but we are ALMOST done with our home renovations and I almost have space back to flow and deepen my home practice!
