Summer Time Turkey Dogs & Trader Joe's Zig Zag Butternut Squash Fries

Something about summer time just makes me crave foods like hot dogs and french fries, I just can't help it. But on the reg I try to eat a little healthier than that so I recently decided to make a cleaned up version of the traditional all-American summer time meal using Applegate Turkey Dogs and Trader Joe's Butternut Squash Fries. As you can see, I did make this his/her friendly for the hubs who is sometimes a little sad when I serve him meals that look like mine (sans bun) so as you can see, he got ALL THE BUN.

Nothing complicated here just used the Applegate Turkey Dogs which are AWESOME and you can get them at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, plus used the zig-zag butter nut squash "fries" and roasted them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes to get nice and brown. Lastly sautéed a bunch of asparagus and topped the dogs with spicy brown mustard & relish.

The only thing that took any time really was the roasting of the "fries" and the dogs which you can grill or simply boil (but they are already cooked so its just getting them warm).

His & Hers: (I thought I was going to sauté onions with it but never happened so disregard in the photo above & below!)
